Wetland Scientist
Dawood Engineering, Inc. a rapidly growing consulting engineering firm is seeking Wetland Scientists for our Ohio and Pennsylvania office locations. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Environmental Science or other relevant field. Extensive experience performing wetland identification, delineation, mitigation along with a working knowledge of and experience with federal and state regulations and permitting requirements is required. The qualified candidate must demonstrate a strong background and experience in wetland science, soil science, and botany. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, flexibility in work assignments, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams are necessary. This position requires travel and overnight stays; typically 50 to 75% of the time will be spent in the field.
